Tools:
Scissors.
Preparation:
Gather supplies.
Instructions:
1. Trim the selvage from the ends of the piece of fleece. Pinking sheers provide a nice finish, though not necessary.
2. Cut fringe strips into the end of the fleece 1/2" wide by 4" long.
3. Tie knots in the fringe strips, securing the knot as close to the top as possible.
4. Repeat for all strips, on both ends of the scarf.
